It can be incredibly empowering to talk to someone who has already walked the cancer journey and understands what you’re feeling and thinking.
When you call Wheelhouse, here’s what you can expect:
1. Current Employer
We'll ask about your current employer so we can link your Wheelhouse benefits to your cancer journey. (Spouses & dependents will provide name of person associated with the benefits.)
2. Information & Sign a Release
We'll ask about where you are at on your cancer journey. After confirming the best way to contact you, we'll send you a release which allows us to assist you.
3. Medical Records
We'll collect and confidentially preserve your medical records so we can fully assist you on your journey. Your privacy is our priority.
4. Connect to Your Cancer Support Team
All Wheelhouse members have access to the cancer nurse hotline. They can help answer questions and can work with your employer to connect you to powerful resources such as CancerAlly sessions and insurance advocacy reviews.
You won't have to walk this journey alone.

If you have a cancer scare or diagnosis, Wheelhouse certified oncology nurse navigators are specially trained experts in care coordination, patient education, and ancillary support triage.
Access to Wheelhouse cancer prevention resources
Intervening early is the key to more effective and less costly care. Wheelhouse works with employers to incentivize employees to participate in cancer screenings. Wheelhouse provides monthly educational material.
