Hi, I'm Ben!

I like to create disruptive solutions for cancer.

Co-founding Wheelhouse is no different: Wheelhouse is an oncomanagement platform with a mission to disrupt the way cancer is prevented and treated.

I have spent most of my career in the oncology industry. Prior to starting Wheelhouse, I founded another industry-disruptor, Apollo Healthcare, which focuses on alleviating the prior authorization pain often felt by cancer patients and improves access to advanced therapies that are often overlooked by insurance companies.

Prior to Apollo, I served in various leadership roles at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and Provision Healthcare. I’ve co-authored numerous peer-reviewed articles, abstracts and presentations related to oncology patient safety, process improvement, value-based care, and cost management.

All this to say: I am passionate about improving cancer patients’ lives. I truly believe we have the opportunity to help people and save money at the same time. Let’s get over the fear of talking about cancer. I look forward to hearing from you!
